Each tenderer will be required to give security as provided for on the form of teuder, which may be procured at any Post Office, for a sum equal to 20 per cent, on the amount of the tender, bindin? the tenderer to take up the service tendered for, and execute the necessary contract bond, in the event of his tender being accepted. No tender will be considered eligible unless made on the printed form provided by the Department. Gazette in Bankruptcy. _x\ that by Deed of Assignment made betweeu Thomas Johnstone Jones, of the Orawaiti, near Westport, in the Province of Nelson, in New Zealand, Farmer, of the one part, John Hughes, of Westport aforesaid, Publican, and George Falla, of Westport aforesaid, Merchant, of the second part, and the several creditors of the said Thomas Johnstone Jones of the third part, the said Thomas Johnstone Jones assigned and assured unto the said John Hughes and George Falla, their heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, all the real and personal estate of the said Thomas Johnstone Jones, upon trust for the benefit of creditors of the said Thomas Johnstone Jones as herein expressed. And notice is hereby further given that the said deed was duly executed on this Eighth day of November, iu the presence of, and the same is attested by, James Bickerton Fisher, a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, and was filed in.the District Court of Westland North, at Westport, on the same day, where the same deed now lies for execution by the several creditors of the said Thomas Johnstone Jones.
