SHIPPING INTELLIGENCE.
WESTPOKT. HIGH WATEB. This Day ... 0.15 a.m., 0.35 p.m. To-morrow 0.56 a.m., 1.18 p.m. Monday ... 1.40 a.m., 2.3 p.m. The s.s. Wanganui left Wanganui for Westport late on Wednesday, but had to put back in consequence of the weather. The shipping telegrams contain no mention of the departure of the s.s. Kennedy from Greymouth. She will probably leave the latter port for Westport to-day. The cutter Charlotte, from Kniapoi, put in an appearance oif the bar yesterday, but the surf was too heavy to attempt the entrance. She might have anchored, but drove to leeward, and it is questionable if +he weather abate, whether she will get up sufficiently early on tho tide to take the bar.
