(BY ELECTRIC TELEGBAPR.) (FROST OUR OWN CORRESPONDENT.) Nelson, Friday. A prisoner, M'Phorson, undergoing a sentence of ten years for sticking-up Richard Nichols in the Buller district, escaped from the Nelson gaol on Wednesday.

Fifty pounds reward has been offered, but he has not yet been captured.
