INQUIRY.
(To the Editor of the Westport Times J Sib, —I saw, in your issue of the 25th met., a notice, from Captain Leech, to the effect that the Watermen of the Buller are to be in possession of licenses by the 30th of this month. I would ask Captain Leech what is the reason that we pay £2 and the watermen in Nelson only pay £llos ? By inserting the above you will oblige. —Yours, respectfully, J. Eeid.
