Ido order that Eobert Pollock, a Curator of the estates of deceased persons shall he administrator of all and singular, the goods, chattels and effects, of the said David Hickey, deceased, intestate; and that he shall exhibit unto this Court a true and faithful inventory of all the estate and effects, on or before the sixth day of August next, and also file a true account of his administration thereof, on or before the sixth day of May, one thousand eighth hundred and seventy-one, and that this order be published in the Westfort Times newspaper, as the "Intestate Estate Act," 1865, directs.
