WESTPORT WARDEN'S COURT.
APPLICATIONS. Brown and others ■ Head-race commencing in the creek, at Grranger's Point and terminating at applicants' claim, 25 miles up the Buller River; length, 800 yards; to carry two heads water. Granted. Joseph Mullett and others: Tiiis was an application for an abandoned head-race, situated near Granger's Point, and its consideration had been adjourned from the 25th for the appearance of the objectors. It was found that the latter had mistaken the identity of the race and the obje -tion was withdrawn. Application granted. Patrick Mo ran and others: Headrace, commencing in the California Creek, Addison's Plat, and terminating at applicants' claim, at Addison's Flat —length 2|- miles ; to carry five heads of water. Granted. Brown and others: Dam in the creek at Granger's Point. Area 50 ft. by 50ft. Registration granted, subject to non-interference with future use of the creek. Patrick Moran and others: Dam in California Creek, Addison's Flat—area one quarter acre. Granted.
