The steamer Kennedy left Nelson at midday on Tuesday, and arrived off this port the following morniug. She crossed the bar about 10.30 a.m., discharged cargo for Westport, and sailed for southern ports shortly before midnight. The s.s. Wallabi sailed for Wanganui on Tuesday last, and is expected to arrive in Westport with a cargo of cattle, &c, on Friday next. The s.s. Murray proeeeded to Hokitikaand Greymouth on Tuesday, and arrived at the latter port yesterday. She towed out the schooner Northern Light bound for Melbourne. The Wonga Wonga arrived at Auckland on the 9th May, at 7.15 p.m., but without the English mails. The passage from San Francisco to Auckland occupied 33 days. She sailed for Sydney on the 11th. The Beautiful Star, s.s., while leaving Wanganui on the 10th inst., struck on a snag and is seriously damaged. She had a vessel in tow at the time of the accident. Her •cargo, consisting of wool, tallow, and sundries, was transhipped into the John Penn and landed at Wanganui.
