The Proprietors, not being in a position to advance the sum required, have proposed to assign their interest in the Beef, Machinery, &c, to the Company for the sum of £4500, which will be paid to them by 900 Sharesin the Capital Stock of the Company, fully paid up. The tact of the Proprietors receiving payment in paid up Share in the Capital Stock of the Company, without any cash payments, is certainly strong evidence of their faith in the undertaking, and proof of bona fides.
