Services at present performed by coach may be tendered for to bo performed by mail-cart. Each Tenderer will be required to give security a3 provided for on the form of tender, for a sum equal to 20 per cent, on the amount of the tender, binding the Tenderer to take up tho service tendered for and execute the necessary contract bond, in the event of his tender being accepted. Porms of tender and security, with terms and conditions of contract, may be procured at any Post-office. No tender will be considered eligible unless made on the Printed Form provided by the Department.
