August 2—Murray, s.s., for Wanganui Inlet and Nelson. PASSENGER LIST. Per Murray, from Greymouth—Messrs Goldsmith, Limbri-k, Harper, M'Aithy; 5 in the steerage. IMPORTS. Per Murray, from Greymouth—4 boxes luggage, 8 bags vegetables, order. The s.s. Murray arrived from Greymouth yesterday morning, and in the evening she sailed for Wanganui Inlet aud Nelson. Prom Westport alone she had about thirty passengers,a majority of whom are bound to Wanganui Inlet, as the nearest port to the diggings north of Pocks Point, accounts of which have lately been received. By telegram we learn that the s.s. Beautiful Star is expected to leave Dunedin for Westport on or about the 11th inst. The steamer Kennedy sailed from Hokitika on Sunday afternoon for Kelson, where she will have to undergo an overhaul before resuming her trade on the West Coast. The steamer Charles Edward was expected to leave Nelson for Westport last evening. No telegram of the arrival of the steamer Lyttelton at Nelson has yet been received. The probability is that this is the result merely of neglect on the part of the Nelson telegraphist. The ketch Excelsior has made the voyage f:-om Dunedin to Charleston, and back, in sixteen days.
