TIMES OF MAILS CLOSING. The times of closing the Overland Mails at the Post-office, Westport, will be as follows: On and after Monday, February tbe 22nd, the- mails to Rochfort will close at Westport on Tuesday and Saturday, at halfpast 7 a.m., and at Rochfort for Westport on Wednesday, at 2 p.m., and Saturday, at 5 p.m. in eac\ week. For Charleston, St. Eilda, Brighton, and Greymouth, at 8 a.m. on Monday in each week. Bor Charleston, St. Eilda, and Brighton, at 8 a.m. on Tuesday and Friday. For Addison's Flat, at 8 a.m. on Monday and Thursday. MAILS WILL ARRIVE.
