' In consequence of newspapers bei"<* <V C quently posted in packages of more than one number, the same are detained at the Chief I ost-office, and attention is called to the fol lowing postal regulation : " Newspapers for transmission within the colony sha ]be posted in single numbers, so put up that the date of publication mav be readily seen. Packages of newspapers consistingoi more than one number shall be treated as bookpackages.
