In the Matter of "The Bankruptcy Acts, 1867 and 1868," and in the matter of HENRY BRADLEY, of Westport, in the Province of Nelson and Colony of New Zealand, Publican, bankrupt. THEREAS a sufficient number of creditors did not attend at the adcreditors, in this estate, held on the second day of December last past, NOTICE is hereby given that the Provisional Trustee, Robert Pollock, Esquire of Nelson, in the Province and Colony aforesaid, then became, and now is, Trustee of the estate and effects of the said Henry Bradley. And NOTICE is hereby further given, that the above Court did this day appoint a public sitting to take place on Monday, the eighteenth day of January instant, at eleven of the clock in the forenoon at the Court House, at "Westport aforesaid, for the said Henry Bradley to pass his last examination and to make application for his disAnd NOTICE is hereby further given, that the said Henry Bradley intends to apply to the said Court at the time and place aforesaid for an order of discharge, discharging him from all debts, claims, and demands whatsoever provable under his bankruptcy.
