Entry 4 sots.; nominations, with half the entry money, to be paid on the night of entry, the handicap to be published at 9 o'clock on the evening of the first day's racing, and acceptances with balance to be handed to the Secretary before 11 o'clock on the day of the race. 2nd Race. The LxVdies' Purse (handicap) of sovs., added to a sweepstake of £2 2s each, aud a Whip to be presented to the winning rider after weighing in. Gentlemen riders, to be approved of by the Stewards. Qualification —A jump in front of the Grand Stand. Post entry. 3rd Race. Westport Handicap Hurdle Race, of 30 sovs.; one mile and a half. One event —over five flight of hurdles.
