There must be three entries, or no race. The decision of the Stewards in all cases to be final. That all Entries, except those marked " Post Entry," to be sent in to the Stewards of the Races, at Messrs P. F. Smyth & Co.'s, on or before Christmas Eve, with the name of the Horses, and colors of the riders. No entry will be entertained unless under seal, and enclosing Entrance Fee.
