The Auctioneer, before submitting the above property to the hammer, would respectfully request intending purchasers to visit the grounds, which are within an easy distance of town, and judge for themselves. They will find, however, that the greater part of the section has been partly cleared, and four or five acres also are under cultivation as a market and fiower garden.
