DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP. rpHE Partnership hitherto existing between Louis Pexs-int and Floblln Adank, as Storekeepers and Butchers, at the Lyell, under the firm of Louis Pensini, And Co., has this day been DISSOLVED by mutual consent. All accounts owing to the Hokitika branch will be received by Daniel Buntin, by whom all debts due by that branch will be paid, and all accounts owing to the Wcstport branch will be received by James Powell, who will pay all debts due by the VVestport branch.
