The Kennedy, s.s., left Nelson on Friday ilast, and anchored at Bush End that evening : ■on Saturday put into West Wanganui, and left on Monday evening. She experienced a •strong head wind during her run down, and >came up to the wharf at one p.m. yesterday. "Shereports that the ketch, Excelsior, from Duaedin, was in Blind Bay, and wished to be reported. The schooner, Ottawa, is now repaired, and has moved from the Lagoon into the river. She ■will be ready for sea in a few days. The cutter, Dart, has been wrecked close to Pairorua harbor on the night of the loth in&t., and went ashore with a westerly gale; cargo and hands saved. The Captain reports that the vessel has-sustained little or no damage, and that he has hopes of getting the ■vessel »ff.
