(BY ELECTRIC TELEGRAPH MINISTERIAL CRISIS. [The following telegram dated the 29th iust. through some mischance did not reach us until yesterday.] Wellington 29th September. In the House to-day Mr Stafford stated that it was not the intention of the Ministry to resign. The Opposition will try and force a dissolution. Einancial Resolutions and all political bills are to be withdrawn for this Session. September 30. The West!and Bill has been passed in Committee, but the third clause is postponed until after the adjustment of accounts.
