IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF WESTLAND NORTH, HOLDEN AT WESTPORT. In the matter of the Bankruptcy Act, 1867, and in the matter of JOSEPH MOSSand REUBEN HARRIS, late of Brighton, in the Province of Nelson, NewZealand, carrying on business in co-partnership, as Commission Agents, under the style or firm of " Moss and Company," now of Charleston, in the said Province, bankrupts. VTOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the above Court did, this day, appoint a public sitting, to take place on Saturday, the 22nd day of August instant, at eleven o'clock in the forenoon, at the Court House, "Westport aforesaid, for the above-named bankrupts to pass their last examination, and make application for their discharge : and, notice is hereby further given, that the said Bankrupts intend to apply to the said Court, at the time and place aforesaid, for an order of discharge, discharging them from all debts, claims, and demands whatsoever, provable under their bankruptcy. Dated this 18th day of August, 1868.
