Beautiful Star shifted her berth yesterday afternoon to the upper wharf, alongside of the Kennedy, for the. purpose of discharging her Greyrnouth an 1 Hokitika cargo into the latter vessel. In co isequenee of this arrangement the Kennedy has been detained, and will not be despatched till to-day. The Murray left Nelson on Tuesday the 15th lilt, at 5 a.m., arrived at Wanganui on Wednesday, discharged portioa of cargo, and left that port on Sunday mpr.iiug 29th inst. at 8 a.m. The run out of Wanganui was achieved successfully in face of a tremendous sea, experienced head winds during the remainder of passage down, arriving off the Bulicr at 1 a.m. yesterday crossing the bar at tide time.
