ADELAIDE.
Monday, May 4. The elections of to-day are creating considerable interest. Mr London M'Leod, an old colonist, and engaged in squatting pursuits, died on Saturday. Yesterday, thanksgiving services were held in all the churches and chapels. Parliament is likely to be opened towards the close of June. Mr Coppiri makes his first appearance at the Theatre Eoyal to-night. The corn market is very inactive buyers not being anxious to operate.
