Per Murray—l horse, Miller ; 2 tanks, 1 cask cement, 3 bags lime, 2 cases ale, Leslie ; 12 bags potatoes, 2 cases fowls, Gilmer Bros ; 1 bale leather, Blackloek; 0 hhds ale, Beauchamp ; 1 case fowls, 3 pkgs luggage, Sunley. The Murray having discharged her cargo and passengers for this port, left by the evening's tide for Greymouth, with the remainder of her cargo on board. The fast and favorite screw-steamer Kennedy under her new commander, has been showing what she can do in the way of a quick passage. She left here on Monday evening at 7, put into Fox's, landed sheep and cargo, went on to Hokitika, and arrived there on Tuesday morning. Left again at 9.30 a.m. yesterday, put into the Grey, and left again same tide, arriving off the bar at 6.30 p.m , crossing at 9 p.m. She leaves at 11 to-day for Nelson direct.
