TO THE ELECTORS OF NORTH WESTLAND. GENTLEMEN —The Writ having been issued for the Election of a Member for North Westlaud in the General Assembly, I take the earliest opportunity of declaring my intention to solicit your suffrages. It is in the General Assembly the Goldfields need the advocacy of their claims to those considerations necessary to their advancement, and this alone can come from parties intimately acquainted with their wants. As I shall visit the several diggings and meet the constituency. I need not in this notice go into detail upon subjects that I shall fully explain n person. I am, Gentlemen, Yours obediently, G. W. HORNE.
