Saturday, March 21. drunkenness. Three inebriates named Thomas Scott, Kenneth M'Leod, and John Morris, were brought up before the Magistrate, and each fined 10s, or the alternative of 12 hours imprisonment. The Court then adjourned until 10 a.m. this day. The witnesses in the two cases sent for trial were bound over to attend at the next criminal sittings of the Supreme Court at Nelson.
