NOTICE.
The accounts for this journal will be collected monthly, and advertisers are informed that 24 insertions, in all cases, will complete the month. A collector is appointed for advertising accounts, of which notice will be found in another column. Ad vert is&rs wishing to alter or countermand their ad vertixements must do so in WRITING, not later than 10 a.m. on the dai/ precious to 'publication. Advertisements sent without written instructions as to the number of insertions will be inserted till countermanded, and charged accordingly. Casual advertisements, when the advertiser has no account with the ojpce, must be paid for prior to insertion.
