lie accounts for this journal will be collected monthly, and advertisers are informed that 24 insertions, in all eases, will complete the month. A collector is appointed for advertising accounts, of ivhich notice will be found in another column. Advertisers wishing to alter or countermand their advertisements must do so in WHITING, rot later than 10 a.m. on tlie dag ■previous to publication. Advertisemen 's sent without written instructions as to the number of insertions will be inserted till countermanded, and charged accordingly. Casual advertisements, when the advertiser has no account with the office, must be paid for prior to insertion.
