NOTICE.
The accounts for this journal will he collected monthly, and advertisers are informed that 24 insertions, in all cases, will complete tlie month. A collector is appointed for advertising accounts, of -which notice will he found in another column. Advertiser swishing to alter or countermand their advertisement smnst, do so in writing, not later than 10 a.m. on tJie dag previous to publication. Advertisements sent without written instructions as to the number of insertions will be inserted till countermanded, and charged accordingly. Casual advertisements, when the advertiser has no account with live office, must be paid for prior to insertion.
