(Before J. Giles, Esq., M.D., R M.) Friday, February 28. drunk and disorderly. James Kelly, failing to appear to answer the charge, forfeited his bail. There were seven cases of debt, and a few "Warden's cases, but none of any great public interest. The Court then adjourned until 10 a.m. this day.
