NOTICE.
The accounts for this journal will be collected monthly, and advertisers are informed that 24 insertions, in all cases, toitl complete the month. A collector is appointed for advertising accounts, of which notice will be found in another column. Advertiserswishingto alter or counter ma)idtlieiradvertisementsmust do so in WRITING, not later than 10 a.m. on the day previous to publication. Advertisements sent without written instructions as to the number of insertions will be inserted till countermanded, and charged accordingly. Casual advertisements, when the advertiser has no account with the office, must be paid for prior to insertion.
