NOTICE.
The accounts for this Journal ivill be collected monthly, and advertisers are informed that 24 insertions, in all cases, will complete the month. A collector is appointed for advertising accounts, of ivhich notice will be found in another column. Advertiserswishingto alter or countermand their advertisements must do so in 'writing, not later than 10 a.m. on the dag previous to publication. Advertisements sent without written instructions as to ifie number of insertions will be inserted till countermanded, and charged accordingly. Casual advertisements, when the advertiser has no account with the office, must be paid for prior to insertion.
