THE Miners of the Buller District are requested to Elect Eepresentatives to meet in the Court House at Westport, on SATUEDAY, the 29th day of FEBEUAET, for the purpose of Revising and Amending the Goldfields Eegulations. In order to avoid the inconvenience of an election conducted in the usual manner, it has been decided that any person bringing with him Thirty (30) Miners' Eights will be deemed a duly elected Representative. It will only be necessary that the Miners' Eights shall be produced at the first meeting on Eebruary 29th, but no one can take any part in the proceeding who has not attended the first meeting.
