The accounts for this journal will be collected monthly, and advertisers are informed that 24 insertions, in all cases, tvill complete t/ie month. A collector is appointed for advertising accounts, of which notice will he found in another column. Advertiserswishingto alter •orcountermandtheiradvertisementsmmt do so in WHITING, not later than 10 a.m. on the day previous to publication. Advertisements sent without written instructions as to the number of insertions will be inserted till _ countermanded, and charged accordingly.' Casual advertisements, when the advertiser has no account with the office, must be paid for prior to insertion.
