EEVISION OF THE MINING EEGULATIONS OF THE NELSON SOUTH-WEST GOLDFIELDS. rpHE Miners of the Buller District are requested to Elect Eepresentatives to meet in the Court House at Westport, on SATUEDAY, the 29 th day of FEBEUAEY, for the purpose of Eevising and Amending the Goldfields Begulations, In order to avoid the inconvenience of an election conducted in the usual manner, it has been decided that any person bringing with him Thirty (30) Miners' Eights will be deemed a duly elected Eepresentative. It will only be necessary that the Miners' Eights shall be produced at the first meeting on February 29th, but no one can take any part in the proceeding who has not attended the first meeting.
