TTPON reading the Petition filed U herein, together with the affidavit and schedules attached thereto ; and upon hearing Mr Albert Pitt of counsel, for the Petitioner, I do order that the estate and effects of the said Petitioner whatsoever and wheresoever, be sequestrated in the hands of and be taken and held by Eobert Pollock, Esquire, Inspector in Bankruptcy, at Nelson : And I do hereby declare this order to be a vesting order in pursuance of the eighth section of the Debtors' and Creditors' Act Amendment Act, 1865 : And I do further order that the said Petition be heard at Westport at the next sittings of the District Court, it Westport, on the eleventh day of February, one thousand eight hundred and sixty eight: And I do lastly, order that a meeting of the creditors of the said Petitioner be held at such time and place at "Westport, aforesaid, as the Registrar of this HonorableCourt, at Nelson, shall appoint, for the purpose of recommending a trustee of and for making suggestions in reference to the winding-up of the estate of the said Petitioner.
