The accounts far this journal will be- collected monthly, and advertisers are informed that 24 insertions, in all cases, ivi.ll complete the month. A collector is appointed for advertising accounts, of which notice will be found in another column. Advertiser swishing to alter orcounlcrmandtheiradverlissmentsmustdoso in writing, not later than 10 a.m. on the day 2>revious to publication. Advertisements sent tvithout written instructions as to the number of insertions mill be inserted till countermanded, and charged accordingly. Casual advertisements, when the advertiser has no account with the office, must be paid for prior to insertion.
