RESIDENT MAGISTRATE'S COURT.
(Before J. Giles, Esq., M.D., R.M.) Mondat, Jan. 6, 1868. a horsey dispute. There was only one police case before the Court. This Was that of Charles Qribbons, v/ho had assaulted Francis "Walsh, in consequence of a dispute arising out of some arrangements about horses. Besides having struck him with his fist, defendant had made some demonstrations with a pint pot. Notwithstanding his denial of the assault, he was fined £2 and costs.
