Forty shocks were felt in east and south Java between . 4.15 and' 5.15 p.m; It is believed that there are many dead in rural districts, where lightconstructed huts collapsed. A high brick chimney fell across a sugar refinery near Dkokja. Workers were amazed when it was found that all -were uninjure.
