BY HON. W. J. JORDAN. WAR IN CHINA. GENEVA, Monday. Addressing the meeting of the League’s Committee of Twenty-three, Mr W. J. Jordan (New Zealand) delivered a sincere and emotional speech declaring that the League was abandoning women and children who were appealing for help.
