SAILORS SHOT
REVOLTS REPORTED IN RUSSIAN FLEET. Press Association Electric Telegraph—Coriyright LONDON, Monday. Reports reaching Paris from Leningrad and Pravda state that revolts occurred in the Baltic fleet after the return of the battleship Marat from the Coronation review at Spithead. Eight sailors, allegedly the ringleaders of a Trotskyite plot, were shot. Thirty-eight officers were arrested. Twelve officers, after a trial, were reduced in rank for allowing the crew ashore during the English visit.
