GEORGE WALLACE COMING. George W allace, an Australian comedian who has ere now won high popular favour in Masterton, will pay a farewell visit to Masterton at the Regent Theatre next Saturday and Monday, prior to his departure for Hollywood to produce his picture, “ The Little Man.” Every item on the programme lias a freshness that delights, entertains and amuses.'' Mike Connors and Qucenie Paul never fail to score a hit, but they are content to let George Wallace take the centre of the stage in his own way. Wallace excels in many bright sketches, all fully supported by the other talent available and the Sunkissed Ballet. The many solo acts are well performed, all being of a high standard. These include new dancing numbers, horizontal bar work, -an impersonation of Gracic Fields, and several notable vocal items. The box plan opens at W. G. Perry’s, ’phone 2496, to-morrow at 8.30 a.m. Popular prices are being charged, 3s and 2s, plus tax, and Is.
