OPENING OF ARIEL HOUSE. (Received Saturday, 9.55 a.m.) LONDON, Friday. The Duke of Kent opened Ariel' House, in the Strand, the palatial new quarters of the Civil Aviation Department. A distinguished gathering included New Zealand’s High Commissioner, Mr W. J. Jordan.
