GATHERING IN MASTERTON.

ACTIVITIES THIS MORNING.

Commencing at 10 a.m. with the activities of the girls who are attending the Country Girls’ Education Week, which is being held at Master-’ ton under the auspices of the Women’s Division of the Farmers’ Union, included a lecture and demonstration of handcraft by Miss Fraser at 10.15 a.m.,. followed by “The Art of Setting a -Table,” given by Mrs Ralph Beetham.

This afternoon half of the girls will pay a visit of inspection to the Post Office and at 4,30 o.’clock the other half will make a visit to the same place. This evening the girls wlil attend the annual concert to be given by St. Matthew’s Girls’ Club.
