DRUIDS’ LODGE

FORTNIGHTLY MEETING. The fortnightly meeting of the Druids’ Lodge was held in the Foresters’ Hall last nighf, the A.D., Bro. A. Newman, presiding over a good, attendance of brethren. In the recent ritual competition held at Totara Lodge last Monday Stonehenge Lodge was successful in winning the shield. The M. 0., Bro. J. Horton and his team were congratulated on their win and also on their high standard of ritual work. Reports on the Five Hundred card tournament stated that the Druids were successful in retaining the shield. Favourable reports were received on eight brethren on the sick benefit of the lodge. Sick pay and accounts amounting to £ll/0/4 were passed.

It was decided that the series of lectures given by members be continued in future, and Bro. A. W. Russell will give an address on music at the next meeting.
