MASTERTON SALE.
PRICES TO-DAY.
There was a fair yarding of sheep and cattle at to-day’s Masterton sale, and a fairly good attendance of buyers. The following are some of the sheep prices received: —
WRIGHT, STEPHENSON AND CO. Messrs Wright, Stephenson and Co., Ltd., report: — Ewes, r.w. S.D. since 15th April, 21s 7d.
Fat b.f. hoggets, 255. Fat ewes, 255. Fat wethers and maiden ewes, 31s. Pigs: Weaners, 17s 6d, 18s Gd; slips, 23s Gd; porkers, 2 guineas.
F.C.D.C. The F.C.D.C., Ltd., report:— Down cross wethers, 245. 4-tooth shorn wethers, 25s Gd. Shorn S.D. ewes, 23s 6d. 2 and 4-tooth maiden ewes, 23s 6d. Fat ewes, 225, 23s Gd, 26s sd, 28s, 31s Id. W.F. wether hoggets, 23s 7d. Fat wethers, 31s Id. B.F. lambs, 19s Gd. • Fat S.D. ewes, 335. Store ewes, 6s Gd, 15s 4d.
