INTEREST IN PRESENT VOYAGE. RUGBY, Friday. Considerable interest is being taken in the progress of the liner Queen Mary on her present trip across the Atlantic. It was announced at Liverpool that up till noon to-day the Queen Maiy had steamed on her second day’s run from Cherbourg to New York 7CO miles at an average speed of 30.4 knots the best second day’s run by the Queen Mary to date. The total mileage from the beginning of this voyage up till noon to-day was 1224 miles at an average speed of 30.05 knots. (British Wireless).
