MONETARY REFORM
ELECTION PLEDGES. GOVERNMENT CRITICISED. HAMILTON, This Day. A resolution expressing disapproval with the Budget in that it failed to honour the Government’s pledges regarding monetary reform, was passed unanimously at a meeting of the National Council of the Douglas Social Credit movement here. It is reported that arrangements are in hand for lecture, tours by the Earl of Tankcrvillc and the Dean of Canterbury early next year.—(P.A.)
