AIR OFFICER KILLED. BY AN ARAB SNIPER. (Received Tuesday, 11.15 a.m.) JERUSALEM, Monday. The Iraq pipeline was again damaged last night and the oil set on fire. Repairs were speedily effected. A STRIKE OF WORKERS. (Received Tuesday, 11.15- a.m.) JERUSALEM, Monday. A percentage of workers at the Haifa and Port railways and the Iraq Petroleum Company struck work in the face of intimidation. The authorities are taking precautions to protect the remainder. Seventeen Arabs were arrested.
