OLD BOYS’ SENIORS. The following will represent Old Boys ’ seniors at the nine-a-side at Carterton to-morrow. Conveyances will leave the Post Office at 1.15 p.m.:—Gillespie, Wilson, Dyer, Tredray, McLeod, O’Callaghan, McCalmont, Johnson, Hill, Woolf, Cameron. RED STAR SENIORS. The following is the Red Star senior team to take part in the nine-aside toitrnament. The bus will leave the P.O. 1.30 sharp:— R. Clark. R. Johnson, Henson, Barnett, P. Clarke, O’Connor, Stewart, Harding, McCord, Sutherland, Long. RED STAR JUNIOR TEAMS.
The Red Star junior A and B nine aside teams will be. picked from the following: —Bell, Hogan, Costello, . Hyde, Marshall, Mooney, Grantham, Williams, Green, Stewart, Sturgeon, Horton, Carter; Ewington, McArthur, Flood, Svmonds, Harris and Thomson. Pearsan,’s bus will leave the Post Office at, 1.30 p.m. for Carterton. SATURDAY’S PROGRAMME. NINE-A-SIDE TOURNAMENT. The annual tournament in aid of the Wairarapa Rugby Union’s Accident Insurance Fund, which was postponed at the beginning of the season owing to the inclement weather, will take place this Saturday afternoon at the Carterton showgrounds, the first game commencing at 1.45 p.m. The tournament will be nine-a-side and as excellent entries have been secured fast and exciting football should be witnessed. It is interesting to note that the Masterton Club, whose junior team is leading in the junior championship, have entered a team in the senior division and the performance of this team will be followed with interest. The draw for the first round is as follows: — SENIOR. Carterton v. Dalefield A. Greytown B v. Dalefield B. Greytown A v. Red Star. • Old Boys v. Masterton. Martinborough v. Gladstone. JUNIOR.
Carterton A v. Greytown. Red Star B v. Carterton B. Red Star A v. Masterton. Opaki v. Martinborough. Any club wishing to make late entries may do so. Owing to the proceeds of this tournament being in aid of the Accident Insurance Fund, all free lists are suspended. At Masterton, the third grado championship will be continued, Old Boa s' meeting Masterton at the Memorial Park No. 1 at 2.30 p.m., while Red Star will play High School at the High School ground. ASSOCIATION CODE. ALBION v. RANGERS. The following Albion players aro to be at Sedgley at 2.15 p.m. on Saturday to play Rangers: —B. Ilodgetts, F. Harrison, 11. Corlett, 11. Campbell, J. Brett, J. O’Brien, L. King, F. Needham, A. Campbell, J. Moss, T. Brady, B. Allen.
