NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, . . at a Special Moating of the Mauriceville County Council, held on the 13th day of June j 1936, the following Resolution was passed:— THAT for the purpose of recouping to the County the preliminary costs in connection with the organisation of the scheme and the cost of raising a loan of One Hundred and Eighty-two Pounds (£182), and also to provide for the cost of maintaining the drain after completion for a period of five years in terms of the petition of ratepayers in the Ihuraua Drainage Area, this Council hereby makes and levies a separate rate of One Penny and threefourths of a penny in the pound (lfd in the £) on the capital value of all the rateable property in the Ihuraua Drainage Area, and that such separate rate shall be an annually recurring rate for the period of five years, and be payable yearly on the Ist day of April in each and every year for five years, or until such costs are fully paid off.
